I’m Steven, a UK-based Klaviyo & Email Marketing Freelancer with over 16 years in digital marketing and the last 6 years dedicated to ecommerce growth. Email has been a constant throughout my career: from running campaigns, refining automations, and growing lists, to building scalable lifecycle systems across various ESPs.

My background spans multiple sectors including Luxury DTC (homeware), Outdoor Ecommerce, and Smart Home Technology. This cross-industry experience shaped my practical, insight-led approach to lifecycle marketing, grounded in a strong understanding of customer behaviour and ecommerce buying journeys.

After years working in-house and alongside agencies, I noticed the same recurring issue: brands often have the right tools, but not the time, clarity, or strategy to make them work together effectively.
